Is a three-wheel sports prototype created in the early 50’s based upon a steel tube frame chassis with aluminium bodywork by Dick Shattock (RGS Atalanta) and powered by a rear-mounted air-cooled V-twin 998cc Rapide (45hp) engine with a 4-speed manual transmission.

The bodywork featured a central (front) and side ducts that would focus air over the engine for cooling.

A single prototype was enthusiastically tested on British roads, subsequent engine upgrades during development, with the installation of the 70hp (Black Lightning) engine.

With the cessation of motorcycle production in 1955, the prototype languished in storage and was ultimately sold, passing through the ownership of various enthusiasts and being restored.
